Damaged or Defective Product
If your item is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@artw.ca. Our team will provide a free exchange for the same model as your original order.
Exchanges are only available for the exact model purchased.

Return & Refund Policy
Each original painting is a unique creation, made with care and attention. For this reason, purchases of original artworks are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
However, if you are not fully satisfied with your painting, please contact us at info@artw.ca within 7 days of receipt. Depending on the situation, we will discuss a personalized solution whenever possible.
In case of a painting damaged during shipping, a refund may be offered after evaluation and proof of damage.
Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for all return and shipping costs. The product must also be returned in its original packaging.
