Valérie and Nadine have been drawing and painting since childhood.
From still life to live models, from realism to abstraction, they have explored and practiced watercolor, acrylic, charcoal, soft and oil pastels, ink, and photography.
After years of exploration, acrylic became their medium of choice for their personal creations.
Valérie Michèle Vidal
Born in Châteauguay, Valérie has lived in the Eastern Townships, Québec City, and Montréal before settling in the Laurentians. A graduate in Graphic Design from Collège Ahuntsic and in Entrepreneurship from l’École des entrepreneurs du Québec, she also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from Université de Montréal.
Valérie’s art is expressive and intuitive. She mainly works with the palette knife, layering colors in response to inspiration, which naturally creates works with unique textures.
Nadine Poirier
Born in Montréal, Nadine grew up dividing her time between Rawdon and the city, and eventually made her home in the Laurentians. A graduate in Graphic Design from Cégep du Vieux-Montréal and l’École des entrepreneurs du Québec, she worked for many years in publishing before starting a business with Valérie, her longtime colleague and friend.
Nadine has a distinctive way of blending colors to create unique combinations. Her spontaneous style combines space and graphic elements, producing abstract and contemporary compositions full of contrast.

True artists at heart, they let themselves be guided by their senses, embracing spontaneity and freedom.
